Soon to open: our version of a modern bahay kubo, inspired by Australia’s Brighton Bathing Boxes. We’re bringing a little piece of Australia to San Felipe—bright, colourful and playful! The colours don’t match, but who cares? That’s the whole vibe! 😂 Hopefully, it’ll be Instagrammable enough. Lol!

The back porch

Private and all yours, with your own bathroom, dining area, BBQ area, and sink. Please note that there is no stove or indoor cooking area. The BBQ area is available for simple outdoor grilling, but the space is not designed for full cooking or meal preparation.

AC Room #1 is a cozy, air-conditioned sleeping space for up to 4 guests, with one double bed and one double floor mattress. It’s compact and simply arranged, with just enough space for a comfortable night’s rest—ideal for guests looking for an affordable and practical place to stay while spending most of their time enjoying the beach and outdoor areas.
