Rates

Base rate per night, per unit (up to 4 guests)*

• Monday–Thursday: ₱3,000

• Friday & Sunday: ₱3,250

• Saturday & Public Holidays: ₱3,500

*Special Low Season Rate (Applies to bookings from August to October 2026) 

Additional Guests

• ₱500 per extra guest, per night.

Rate Terms

• Children 0–2 years old stay free.

• Guests 3 years and older count toward the guest limit.

• If you book more than one unit, the base rate applies to EACH unit.

• As a private rental, we do not offer senior citizen or PWD discounts.

Booking Terms

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

• You may rebook up to 2 times, subject to availability.

• Regular dates cannot be moved to holiday or peak season dates.

Holiday & Peak Season Bookings

Higher rates may apply during:

• Christmas

• New Year

• Holy Week

• Public Holidays

• Long Weekends

These are peak travel periods in Zambales, so accommodation prices are generally higher.

Please book for the correct number of guests. Additional charges apply for undeclared guests.
