Labor for the construction of a 2-unit apartment located at Purok 8, Santo Niño, San Felipe, Zambales.
The total agreed labor cost is Three Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (₱380,000.00).
The Contractor agrees to provide all necessary labor to complete the following works:
Excavation and foundation work
Structural framing (columns, beams, slabs)
Masonry work (hollow block laying)
Plastering (palitada) – interior and exterior walls
Roofing frame and roof installation
Rough-ins for electrical and plumbing
Concrete flooring (except tile installation)
Door and window installation (labor only)
Basic finishing (excluding ceiling and tiles)
Note: This contract is for labor only. All materials will be provided by the Owner. Ceiling work (pakisame) and tile installation are not included in the scope.
The Contractor agrees to complete the work within a maximum of six (6) months from the start date, subject to extensions due to unavoidable delays such as weather, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
The total labor cost of ₱380,000.00 shall be paid in the following milestones:
₱50,000 – Upon start of the project
₱80,000 – Upon completion of foundation and structural framing
₱80,000 – Upon completion of walls, plastering, and roofing
₱80,000 – After electrical and plumbing rough-ins are completed
₱70,000 – Upon completion of remaining labor work
₱20,000 – Final inspection and project turnover
All payments will be released based on verified progress and mutual approval by both parties.
The Contractor shall manage and supervise the workers and ensure quality workmanship throughout the project.
The Owner is responsible for the timely delivery of materials.
Any additional work not mentioned in this agreement will require a separate quotation and written approval.
Both parties agree to communicate openly to avoid misunderstandings and delays.
